Choose a product, add text, an image, or clipart in the designer, then save the design and proceed to purchase. You are responsible for ensuring uploaded content is yours to use and does not infringe anyone’s rights.

You can continue working with a design in the designer before purchase. After a custom order has entered production, changes are not guaranteed. Review spelling, placement, size, colour, and image quality carefully before submitting your order.

Yes. Some checkout flows let you provide an email without creating an account. Creating an account makes it easier to view orders, manage eligible refund requests, and access partner features.

Use the Size Guide directly on each product page and compare its garment measurements with an item you already own. Product availability can vary by colour and size, so confirm that your chosen option is available before adding it to cart.

Use Purchases to submit a request for an eligible order. Requests are reviewed before approval. See our Refund & Returns Policy, including the custom-product rules.

Approved partners see their commission or reward status in their account. Eligible balances can be withdrawn from $20 once a payout method is added; refunded or fraudulent orders can reverse related earnings.

Card payments are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by Beyond Drivers. Payout-method details such as bank, routing, and IBAN information are encrypted at rest and shown in your account only in masked form.
