Data we collect

• Account and contact details, such as name, email address, password credentials, and referral information.
• Order information, shipping address, purchased items, order status, and support or refund correspondence.
• Custom-design content you upload and the design files generated to fulfil your order.
• Affiliate, referral and wallet records, including earned amounts and payout history.
• Payout-method information. Bank account, routing and IBAN details are encrypted at rest; we display only masked values in your account.
• Technical information needed to operate the service, such as referral parameters and essential local browser storage.

Why we use it

We use data to operate accounts, process payments and orders, arrange production and delivery, process refunds, administer referral and affiliate payouts, prevent fraud, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We use custom content only as needed to render previews, create the product, and support the related order.

Our legal bases

Where the GDPR applies, we process data to perform our contract with you, meet legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as fraud prevention and service security, or with your consent where consent is required. You can withdraw consent at any time, but this does not affect processing already carried out.

Who receives it

We share only what is needed with service providers that help us operate the store: payment processors, production and fulfilment partners, shipping providers, hosting and security providers, and professional advisers where necessary. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and security

We retain data for as long as your account or order relationship requires and afterwards only for support, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal-retention purposes. Encrypted payout information is retained while your payout method is active and as required to process or document payouts. Access is restricted to authorised systems and personnel; no internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.

International transfers and children

Our service providers may process data in countries outside your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers. Beyond Drivers is not intended for children who cannot legally enter into a contract in their country. If you believe a child has provided personal data without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Your rights

If the GDPR or similar law applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal data, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Some requests may be limited where we must keep data by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
