Using Beyond Drivers

You must provide accurate information, be able to enter a binding contract, and use the store lawfully. We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order or account where required to prevent fraud, misuse, or a breach of these terms.

Orders, pricing and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when payment is authorised and we confirm the order. Prices, availability, taxes and delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider; Beyond Drivers does not store your full card details.

Availability and order changes

We work to keep product, stock, price, and delivery information accurate, but errors can occur. If a material error affects your order, we may contact you to offer a correction or cancellation and refund. Custom orders move into production quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes, cancellations, or address updates after an order is submitted.

Custom designer and your content

You retain ownership of images, text, logos, and other content you upload. By submitting it, you give us and our fulfilment partners a limited licence to use it solely to create, preview, fulfil, and support your order.

• You confirm you own the content or have all permissions needed to use it commercially.
• You must not upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights, or that is unlawful, hateful, or abusive.
• You are responsible for claims arising from your content. We may reject or remove content we reasonably believe breaches these terms or applicable law.

Affiliate and referral programme

Partner access is subject to approval. Affiliate commissions are shown in your approved affiliate dashboard and apply only to tracked, eligible completed sales. Referral rewards are governed by the offer displayed in your referral dashboard.

• Do not use misleading claims, spam, paid search on our brand terms without permission, self-referrals, fake accounts, or fraudulent transactions.
• Commissions and rewards remain pending until an order is no longer subject to cancellation, chargeback, or refund. We may reverse (claw back) related earnings when an order is refunded, charged back, cancelled, or found fraudulent.
• A verified payout method is required. Withdrawals start at US$20.00 (or the equivalent balance shown in your wallet), are reviewed, and only one withdrawal may be pending at a time.
• You are responsible for tax reporting and any fees associated with your payout method. We may withhold or reverse amounts where legally required or to correct an error.

Account security

Keep your password and account access confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account where it results from failing to protect your login details. We may suspend access while investigating suspected compromise, fraud, or misuse.

Intellectual property

The Beyond Drivers name, branding, site design, product imagery, and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for your own uploaded content and the limited rights needed to use the store, these materials may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without our written permission.

Returns, liability and changes

Our Refund & Returns Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyond Drivers is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. We may update these terms; the latest version applies from its posted date.
